The Point Pleasant Big Blacks softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Fort Frye Cadets to 4 in the Big Blacks league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Point Pleasant improves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Big Blacks host Wahama (Mason, WV) to clash with the White Falcons in a non-league game on Friday, April 21. The White Falcons come into the game with a record of 16-5. Wahama won 13-0 in their recent league game against Ritchie County (Ellenboro, WV)

In their next game, the Cadets clash with the Barnesville Shamrocks (Barnesville, OH) in a Ohio Valley Athletic AAA game, on Monday, April 24. Fort Frye will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Shamrocks come into the game with a 8-6 record after their 11-0 non-league win over St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH).
