Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wolves (Dumfries, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Oakcrest Chargers (McLean, VA), 24-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Fredericksburg Christian for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-2.

With the loss, Oakcrest falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA) to battle the Gryphons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 25. The Gryphons enter the challenge with a record of 0-8. Trinity Christian lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Foxcroft (Middleburg, VA)
