Unaka Rangers (Elizabethton, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Patrick Henry Rebels (Glade Spring, VA), 15-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Rangers now own a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they host South Greene for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. Unaka will face a Rebels squad coming off a 15-7 league win over West Greene (Mosheim, TN). The Rebels record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Patrick Henry falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Rebels host Honaker (Honaker, VA) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-8. Honaker lost 7-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Bluefield (Bluefield, WV)
