Fans at Monday's league test between the Payson Lions (Payson, UT) and the host Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT), witnessed Payson's lacrosse squad top Uintah by a count of 19-2.

The Lions (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Orem (Orem, UT). The Tigers enter the 4A Region 8 test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Orem thwarted Jordan (Sandy, UT), 6-1, in a non-league test.

Next, the Utes battle the Mountain View Bruins (Orem, UT) in a 4A Region 8 test, on Thursday, April 24. Uintah will attempt to move on its 2-11 season record. The Bruins enter the test with a 0-10 record after their 21-1 league loss to Timpanogos (Orem, UT).
