With the triumph, Linton-Stockton improves its record to 6-3 on the year. The Miners host Edgewood (Ellettsville, IN) to face the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Friday, April 25. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 7-3. Edgewood won 5-2 in their recent league contest against Sullivan (Sullivan, IN)

The Spartans now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Forest Park for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 22. South Knox will face a Rangers squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Perry Central (Leopold, IN). The Rangers record now stands at 3-4.
