California High School Softball - Mount Miguel bounces Liberty Charter

April 22, 2022: Spring Valley, CA 91977

The Mount Miguel Matadors routed the visiting Liberty Charter Lions softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Matadors (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against El Cajon Valley (El Cajon, CA). The Braves go into the Grossmont Valley battle with a 0-12 record. In their last battle, El Cajon Valley was routed by West Hills (Santee, CA), 7-0, in a league battle.

The Lions now sport a 4-9 record. They play next when they host Bayfront Charter for a Summit battle on Wednesday, April 27. Liberty Charter will meet a Sharks squad coming off a 6-3 non-league loss to San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA). The Sharks record now stands at 6-9.
