The Organ Mountain Knights softball team (Las Cruces, NM), was routed 9-0 in Friday's league test with the visiting Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM)
Coming up next, the Trojans encounter the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) in a 5A District 3 test, on Tuesday, April 26. Mayfield will attempt to improve on its 15-8 season record. The Bulldawgs come into the test with a 1-21 record after their 24-1 league loss to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM).
The Knights (10-13) will now prepare for their test against Deming (Deming, NM). The Wildcats come into the 5A District 3 test with a 10-12 record. In their last test, Deming was routed by Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM), 10-0, in a league test.
