Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA) and the visiting St. Vincent de Paul Mustangs (Petaluma, CA), witnessed Sonoma Valley's lacrosse squad hold off St. Vincent de Paul by a count of 1-0.
The Dragons (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Napa (Napa, CA). The Grizzlies enter the Vine Valley contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Napa nipped Windsor (Windsor, CA), 7-6, in a league contest.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Archie Williams Peregrine Falcons (San Anselmo, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 28. St. Vincent de Paul will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Peregrine Falcons enter the contest with a 1-11 record after their 18-17 league loss to Novato (Novato, CA).
