Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC), 3-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Starmount advances its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Rams host Surry Central (Dobson, NC) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-10. Surry Central lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Forbush (East Bend, NC)

The Sauras now have a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Wilkes for a Northwest 1A test on Monday, April 28. South Stokes will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to West Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-10.
