In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Port Huron Northern Huskies softball team scored a tight 10-5 victory over the Lake Shore Shorians.
The Huskies (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Memphis (Memphis, MI). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league match with a 1-5 record.
In their next game, the Shorians battle the Roseville Panthers (Roseville, MI) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 23. Lake Shore will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Panthers go into the match with a 0-6 record after their 20-3 non-league loss to Sterling Heights (Sterling Heights, MI).
