Port Huron Northern Huskies (Port Huron, MI) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Lake Shore Shorians (St. Clair Shores, MI), 17-7 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Port Huron Northern improves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Huskies travel to Clawson (Clawson, MI) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Monday, May 19. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 17-4. Clawson won 16-0 in their recent non-league game against Avondale (Auburn Hills, MI)
The Shorians now hold a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Utica for a Macomb Area - White game on Monday, May 19.
