The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) and the visiting South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC), saw Ashley's lacrosse team top South Brunswick by a margin of 16-4.

The Screaming Eagle (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Vikings enter the Mideastern challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Hoggard beat West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC), 17-2, in a league challenge.

The Cougars (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Buccaneers enter the Mideastern challenge with a 13-4 record. In their last challenge, Laney beat North Brunswick (Leland, NC), 19-1, in a league challenge.
