Michigan High School Baseball - St. Francis sneaks past Elk Rapids

The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the St. Francis Gladiators (Traverse City, MI) and the visiting Elk Rapids Elks (Elk Rapids, MI), saw St. Francis's baseball team get by Elk Rapids by a margin of 5-4.
The Gladiators (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Petoskey (Petoskey, MI). The Northmen enter the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Petoskey held off Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI), 7-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Elks face the Kalkaska Blazers (Kalkaska, MI) in a Lake Michigan battle, on Thursday, April 24. Elk Rapids will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
