The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the St. Francis Gladiators (Traverse City, MI) and the visiting Elk Rapids Elks (Elk Rapids, MI), saw St. Francis's baseball team gain a win over Elk Rapids by a tally of 11-4.
The Gladiators (19-8) will now prepare for their battle against Negaunee (Negaunee, MI). The Miners enter the non-league battle with a 16-4 record. In their last battle, Negaunee held off Gladstone (Gladstone, MI), 12-0, in a non-league battle.
