Next up, the Warriors battle the Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles (Asheboro, NC) in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A outing, on Friday, April 25. Wheatmore will attempt to advance on its 7-13 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 10-10 record after their 3-2 league win over Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC).

The Cougars (8-13) will now prepare for their outing against Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC). The Falcons come into the non-league outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Leadership Academy was overwhelmed by Walkertown (Walkertown, NC), 6-1, in a non-league outing.
