In Wednesday's league outing, the host Hopewell Blue Devils soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Dinwiddie Generals.

The Blue Devils (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Knights go into the Central outing with a 0-8 record. In their last outing, Thomas Dale was overwhelmed by Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA), 6-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Generals play the Meadowbrook Monarchs (Richmond, VA) in a Central outing, on Thursday, April 24. Dinwiddie will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Monarchs go into the outing with a 3-4 record after their 4-0 league loss to Prince George (Prince George, VA).
