The R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA) softball routed the host Hudson's Bay Eagles (Vancouver, WA), 13-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.
Next, the Lumberjacks meet the Washougal Panthers (Washougal, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge, on Friday, April 25. R.A. Long will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 21-2 league loss to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA).
The Eagles (1-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Woodland (Woodland, WA). The Beavers enter the 2A Greater St. Helens challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Woodland was routed by Mark Morris (Longview, WA), 15-0, in a league challenge.
