Washington High School Softball - R.A. Long bounces Hudson's Bay

The R.A. Long Lumberjacks softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Hudson's Bay Eagles to 2 in the Lumberjacks league win on Thursday.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodland for a 2A Greater St. Helens battle on Friday, May 2. R.A. Long will confront a Beavers team coming off a 6-1 league loss to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA). The Beavers record now stands at 10-7.
With the loss, Hudson's Bay moves to 1-14 on the season. The Eagles travel to Columbia River (Vancouver, WA) to confront the Rapids in a 2A Greater St. Helens battle on Friday, May 2. The Rapids come into the battle with a record of 8-5. Columbia River won 12-2 in their recent league battle against R.A. Long (Longview, WA)
