California High School Softball - Van Nuys sneaks past Monroe

April 23, 2025: Van Nuys, CA 91411

The Van Nuys Wolves softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Monroe Vikings to 15 in the Wolves league win on Wednesday.

The Wolves now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Hollywood for a East Valley battle on Friday, April 25. Van Nuys will confront a Huskies team coming off a 10-9 league loss to Sylmar (Sylmar, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Monroe moves to 3-6 on the season. The Vikings host Reseda (Reseda, CA) to confront the Regents in a East Valley battle on Monday, April 28. The Regents come into the battle with a record of 6-5.
