The Albany Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pinole Valley Spartans to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Cougars now possess a 18-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host El Cerrito for a non-league game on Friday, April 26. Albany will battle a Gauchos squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Hercules (Hercules, CA). The Gauchos record now stands at 18-11.
With the loss, Pinole Valley moves to 8-9 on the year.
