Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Dallas loses to Hazleton Area

In Monday's league game, the visiting Hazleton Area Cougars baseball team scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Dallas Mountaineers.
The Cougars (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA). The Spartans go into the Wyoming Valley 1 game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Wyoming Valley West tipped Wilkes-Barre (Wilkes-Barre, PA), 10-9, in a league game.
The Mountaineers (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Pittston (Pittston, PA). The Patriots go into the Wyoming Valley 1 game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Pittston tipped Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA), 6-2, in a league game.
