The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Norton Lancers (Norton, MA) and the host Millis Mohawks (Millis, MA), saw Norton's softball squad achieve victory over Millis by a count of 26-14.
The Lancers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westwood for a non-league match on Friday, April 29.
With the loss, Millis falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mohawks host Norfolk County Agricultural (Walpole, MA) to face the Rams in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 27. The Rams enter the match with a record of 0-0.
