In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Norton Lancers (Norton, MA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Millis Mohawks (Millis, MA), by a margin of 17-2.
With the triumph, Norton moves its record to 3-0 on the year.
In their next game, the Mohawks play the Blackstone-Millville Chargers (Blackstone, MA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, May 27. Millis will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Chargers come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 25-0 non-league loss to Millbury (Millbury, MA).
