North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Ashley overwhelms Topsail

The Ashley Screaming Eagle lacrosse team scored 13 points and held the visiting Topsail Pirates to 9 in the Screaming Eagle league win on Monday.
The Screaming Eagle (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Buccaneers go into the Mideastern game with a 12-4 record. In their last game, Laney nudged West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC), 14-1, in a league game.
The Pirates (11-5) will now prepare for their game against North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Scorpions go into the Mideastern game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, North Brunswick was overwhelmed by Hoggard (Wilmington, NC), 19-2, in a league game.
