The Oakmont Vikings softball team (Roseville, CA), 3-1 in Monday's league test with the host Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA)

Coming up next, the Bruins encounter the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a Foothill Valley League bout, on Thursday, April 28. Ponderosa will attempt to better on its 14-3 season record. The Miners go into the bout with a 10-8 record after their 8-6 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, CA).
