Virginia High School Soccer - Nelson County knocks off Bath County

The Nelson County Governors (Lovingston, VA) soccer bounced the host Bath County Chargers (Hot Springs, VA), 6-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
With the win, Nelson County moves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Governors travel to Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA) to battle the Raiders in a Dogwood bout on Wednesday, April 26. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Appomattox County won 7-1 in their recent league bout against Dan River (Ringgold, VA)
In their next game, the Chargers battle the Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 2. Bath County will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 1-1 league George Wythe (Wytheville, VA).
