South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines face the West Anchorage Eagles (Anchorage, AK) in a Cook Inlet challenge, on Thursday, April 27. South Anchorage will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 4-1 league win over Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK).

The Lynx now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Anchorage for a Cook Inlet challenge on Saturday, April 29. Dimond will face a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 league loss to South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.
