The South Anchorage Wolverines soccer team scored 2 points and limited the host Dimond Lynx to 1 in the Wolverines league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Wolverines face the Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK) in a Cook Inlet contest, on Saturday, May 20. South Anchorage will attempt to better on its 11-1 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 8-5 record after their 4-0 league win over Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK).
The Lynx now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Bartlett for a Cook Inlet contest on Thursday, May 18. Dimond will face a Golden Bears team coming off a 4-0 league loss to West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears record now stands at 2-11.
