The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Seaforth Hawks (Pittsboro, NC) and the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), saw Seaforth's lacrosse team overcome Cedar Ridge by a margin of 11-4.

The Hawks (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Williams (Burlington, NC). The Bulldogs enter the Central/Mid-Carolina challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Williams edged North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 22-5, in a non-league challenge.

The Fighting Red Wolves (9-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Warriors enter the Central/Mid-Carolina challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Western Alamance was overwhelmed by Orange (Hillsborough, NC), 21-5, in a league challenge.
