The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Novinger Wildcats (Novinger, MO) and the visiting Higbee Tigers (Higbee, MO), saw Novinger's baseball team gain a win over Higbee by a tally of 5-3.
The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sturgeon (Sturgeon, MO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Sturgeon held off Pilot Grove (Pilot Grove, MO), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Tigers face the Brunswick Wildcats (Brunswick, MO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Higbee will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record.
