The Valhalla Norsemen baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Monte Vista Monarchs to 1 in the Norsemen league victory on Tuesday.
The Norsemen (10-13) will now prepare for their match against West Hills (Santee, CA). The Wolf Pack go into the Grossmont Valley match with a 15-7 record. In their last match, West Hills edged El Capitan (Lakeside, CA), 8-2, in a league match.
The Monarchs (8-15) will now prepare for their match against El Cajon Valley (El Cajon, CA). The Braves go into the Grossmont Valley match with a 4-12 record. In their last match, El Cajon Valley was overwhelmed by Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA), 13-0, in a league match.
