The Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) soccer the host Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

With the win, Bishop McGuinness moves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Villains host Bethany (Summerfield, NC) to battle the Wolves in a Northwest Piedmont 1A bout on Thursday, April 28. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 0-15. Bethany lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Walkertown (Walkertown, NC)

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 27. Cornerstone Charter will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC).
