In Saturday's league bout, the Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM), by a tally of 10-0.
Next up, the Matadors encounter the Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) in a 5A District 2 bout, on Saturday, April 26. Sandia will attempt to upgrade on its 18-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the bout with a 12-8 record after their 5-2 league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM).
The Jaguars (12-10) will now prepare for their bout against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors enter the 5A District 2 bout with a 16-3 record. In their last bout, Sandia achieved victory over Manzano (Albuquerque, NM), 13-11, in a league bout.
