New Mexico High School Baseball - Pojoaque Valley loses to Taos

In Saturday's league bout, the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM), by a score of 12-2.

Next up, the Tigers encounter the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) in a 4A District 2 bout, on Wednesday, April 30. Taos will attempt to advance on its 10-12 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the bout with a 17-5 record after their 17-10 league win over Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM).

The Elks/Elkettes (6-18) will now prepare for their bout against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos enter the 4A District 2 bout with a 9-11 record.
