The West Craven Eagles edged the host Wayne School of Engineering Titans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's league game.
Next up, the Eagles face the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) in a game, on Wednesday, April 30. West Craven will attempt to advance on its 2-9 season record. The Bears go into the game with a 3-11 record after their 3-0 league win over West Craven (Vanceboro, NC).
The Titans (5-10) will now prepare for their game against Swansboro (Swansboro, NC). The Pirates go into the game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Swansboro nudged Wayne School of Engineering (Goldsboro, NC), 2-0, in a league game.
