New Mexico High School Softball - La Cueva bounces Santa Fe

April 26, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87122

The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM), observed La Cueva's softball team prevail over Santa Fe by a tally of 15-0.

The Bears (19-3) will now prepare for their bout against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars go into the 5A District 2 bout with a 12-10 record. In their last bout, Capital was routed by Sandia (Albuquerque, NM), 20-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Demons battle the Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) in a 5A District 2 bout, on Saturday, May 3. Santa Fe will attempt to advance on its 10-14 season record.
