New Mexico High School Softball - La Cueva bounces Santa Fe

In Saturday's league match, the host La Cueva Bears softball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Santa Fe Demons.

The Bears (19-3) will now prepare for their match against Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Demons go into the 5A District 2 match with a 10-12 record. In their last match, Santa Fe gained a win over Manzano (Albuquerque, NM), 8-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Demons battle the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) in a 5A District 2 match, on Saturday, April 26. Santa Fe will attempt to better on its 10-14 season record. The Bears go into the match with a 17-3 record after their 20-0 league win over Capital (Santa Fe, NM).
