The Carondelet Cougars softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Acalanes Dons to 6 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Carondelet moves its record to 10-7 on the year. The Cougars travel to Monte Vista (Danville, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a game on Friday, April 29. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 10-5. Monte Vista lost 9-7 in their recent league game against Livermore (Livermore, CA)

In their next game, the Dons clash with the Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA) in a game, on Tuesday, May 3. Acalanes will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 8-2 record after their 20-12 non-league win over Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA).
