The Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) volleyball overcame the visiting Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL), 2-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Loyola Academy upgrades its record to 17-4 on the year. The Ramblers host New Trier (Winnetka, IL) to face the Trevians in a non-league outing on Friday, April 28. The Trevians go into the outing with a record of 11-8. New Trier won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Maine South (Park Ridge, IL)

The Celtics now own a 9-19 record. They play next when they travel to St. Rita for a Chicago Catholic - Blue outing on Tuesday, May 2. Providence Catholic will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Brother Rice (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-12.
