The Union Farmers baseball team (Union, NJ), 6-4 in Friday's league outing with the host Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders (Scotch Plains, NJ)

The Raiders now hold a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Livingston for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 29. Scotch Plains-Fanwood will face a Lancers team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Glen Ridge (Glen Ridge, NJ). The Lancers record now stands at 5-4.

Next, the Farmers face the Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ) in a Union County - Watchung outing, on Monday, May 1. Union will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Crusaders enter the outing with a 7-6 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to St. Joseph (Metuchen, NJ).
