Williamstown Yellowjackets (Williamstown, WV) boosters exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their baseball team gain a win over the visiting Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV), 13-3 in a non-league battle.

The Yellowjackets (12-8) will now prepare for their battle against Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV). The Red Devils enter the Little Kanawha battle with a 13-8 record. In their last battle, Ravenswood prevailed over Clay County (Clay, WV), 6-4, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Bearcats face the Preston Knights (Kingwood, WV) in a Big Ten battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Grafton will attempt to upgrade on its 12-13 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 7-6 record after their 7-4 league win over East Fairmont (Fairmont, WV).
