The Purnell Swett Rams (Pembroke, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Seventy-First Falcons (Fayetteville, NC), 11-1 in Monday's league challenge.

The Rams now own a 13-10 record. They take the field next when they host South View for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. Purnell Swett will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 13-11.

With the defeat, Seventy-First drops to 4-17 on the year. The Falcons travel to Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC) to clash with the Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Bears go into the challenge with a record of 14-8. Gray's Creek won 6-1 in their recent league challenge against Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC)
