California High School Baseball - McClatchy loses to Franklin

The McClatchy Lions baseball squad (Sacramento, CA), 6-3 in Monday's league contest with the host Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA)

With the triumph, Franklin moves its record to 19-4 on the season. The Wildcats host West Park (Roseville, CA) to confront the Panthers in a contest on Thursday, May 1. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 10-14. West Park lost 6-2 in their recent league contest against Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA)

The Lions now possess a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christian Brothers for a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 30. McClatchy will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-21.
