New Jersey High School Softball - DePaul Catholic sneaks past Paramus Catholic

In Monday's league match, the host DePaul Catholic Spartans softball team scored a tight 7-6 win over the Paramus Catholic Paladins.
The Spartans (8-4) will now prepare for their match against Academy of St. Elizabeth (Convent Station, NJ). The Panthers come into the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Academy of St. Elizabeth was nipped by Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ), 9-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Paladins battle the Morris Catholic Crusaders (Denville, NJ) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 5. Paramus Catholic will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Crusaders come into the match with a 9-4 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Morris Hills (Rockaway, NJ).
