Alabama High School Softball - Pickens County succumbs to Pickens Academy

In Monday's non-league test, the Pickens Academy Pirates (Carrollton, AL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Pickens County Tornadoes (Reform, AL), by a tally of 17-2.
Next, the Pirates clash with the South Lamar Stallions (Millport, AL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 29. Pickens Academy will attempt to advance on its 8-12 season record. The Stallions go into the test with a 13-16 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL).
The Tornadoes (9-9) will now prepare for their test against South Lamar (Millport, AL). The Stallions go into the non-league test with a 13-15 record.
