The Glenbard West Hilltoppers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Oak Park-River Forest Huskies to 9 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Glenbard West improves its record to 4-12 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL) to clash with the Trojans in a West Suburban - Silver game on Monday, May 2. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 5-5.

The Huskies now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fremd for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 30. Oak Park-River Forest will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 12-5.
