Maine High School Softball - Schenck knocked off by Piscataquis

In Friday's non-league contest, the Piscataquis Pirates (Guilford, ME) softball team overwhelmed the host Schenck Wolverines (East Millinocket, ME), by a margin of 16-4.
With the triumph, Piscataquis moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Pirates host Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME) to play the Lynx in a Class C North contest on Monday, May 2. The Lynx come into the contest with a record of 2-0.
In their next game, the Wolverines play the Calais Blue Devils (Calais, ME) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 30. Schenck will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Woodland (Baileyville, ME).
