The Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting St. Mary's Saints to 0 in the Cavaliers league victory on Saturday.
The Cavaliers (17-4) will now prepare for their match against Archbishop Curley (Baltimore, MD). The Friars go into the MIAA A match with a 13-10 record. In their last match, Archbishop Curley was overwhelmed by John Carroll (Bel Air, MD), 7-3, in a league match.
The Saints (5-12) will now prepare for their match against Broadneck (Annapolis, MD). The Bruins go into the non-league match with a 15-3 record. In their last match, Broadneck gained a win over Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD), 8-1, in a league match.
