In Monday's non-league test, the host Riverbend Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Stafford Indians.
The Bears now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brooke Point for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 1.
In their next game, the Indians face the Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) in a test, on Friday, May 3. Stafford will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 5-4 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to Patriot (Nokesville, VA).
