In Thursday's non-league test, the host Stafford Indians lacrosse squad scored a tight 5-1 victory over the Riverbend Bears.
The Indians now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain View for a non-league test on Thursday, April 11. Stafford will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Gainesville (Gainesville, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
In their next game, the Bears face the Brooke Point Black Hawks (Stafford, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 8. Riverbend will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Black Hawks come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 10-0 league loss to Mountain View (Stafford, VA).
